In my small studio in Glasgow, I produce a constantly growing assortment of handcrafted paper products. The current collection includes photo albums, guestbooks, concertinas, planners, blank notebook journals, address and calendar books, and cards for any and all occasions.

All of my paper products are handmade with the finest quality materials from Japan, Germany and Italy and are designed with the greatest care and attention to detail.

Stylistically, my work is inspired by my Japanese roots. Thus, my designs reflect the traditional Japanese "Wabi-Sabi" aesthetic, which is characterised by simple forms found in nature. One can describe Kitaken as a unique Japanese product with a European twist.
